Chancellor's Crisis Policy Group

The Chancellor’s Crisis Policy Group (CPG), under the direction of the Chancellor, is comprised of the Chancellor and her Executive Staff, the Associate Vice Chancellor for Safety and Risk Management, and various other key officials.  This team is charged with providing overall policy guidance during significant emergencies and disasters.  The CPG works in close coordination with the Emergency Planning and Response Team (EPART) to develop and manage policy level decisions and maintain communications with University stakeholders.

• Terri Sheltion, Vice Chancellor for Research and Economic Development
• Kim Record, Director of Intercollegiate Athletics
• Steve Sereck, University Counsel
• Bonita Brown, Chief of Staff
• Mike Tarrant, Special Assistant to the Chancellor
• Helen Hebert, Associate Vice Chancellor for University Relations
• Rollin Donelson, Associate Vice Chancellor for Safety and Risk Management (Serves as the liaison between the CPG and outside entities such as the Emergency Coordination Center and EPART.
